This is a remix for a regular sized Desk Pen/ Business Card holder. It should fit on most printers.
Update 9-2-18: Had a few artifacts I cleaned up.
Update 9-3-18: On further investigation, I found all kinds of strange artifacts. Remodeled everything from scratch. Now V3.
