The file 'Delta IV Heavy With Orion Exploration Flight Test 1 3D Printer Model' is (stl, zip) file type, size is 24.8MB.

Summary

This is a 1:100 scale model of the Delta IV Heavy rocket with options of both the regular payload fairing and the first testflight of Orion. Also included is a display stand to make the rocket and launchpad fit in with your collection of rocket models. In this scale, the rocket will stand approx. 72cm tall (without base).

There are two options to print the rocket; solid and hollow. Each version has it’s own Zip file. The hollow version has 2mm thick walls. Every part is printable in it’s corresponding color and only some paint is needed for the engines.

If you wish to print the rocket in a 1:144 scale, as seen in the pictures, scale the model down to 69,44%. In this scale, the rocket will stand approx. 49.5cm tall (without base).

Just for fun I also made this rocket in KSP style; with 4 and 6 boosters! Check out these files at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2821333

I’d love to see a picture of your print when it's done.

Some background information:
Exploration Flight Test 1 was the first test flight of the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle. Without a crew, it was launched on December 5, 2014, at 12:05 UTC (7:05 am EST), by a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Space Launch Complex 37B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
The mission was a four-hour, two-orbit test of the Orion crew module featuring a high apogee on the second orbit and concluding with a high-energy reentry at around 20,000 miles per hour (32,000 km/h; 8,900 m/s).[3]This mission design corresponds to the Apollo 4 mission of 1967, which validated the Apollo flight control system and heat shield at re-entry conditions planned for the return from lunar missions. The flight was intended to test various Orion systems, including separation events, avionics, heat shielding, parachutes, and recovery operations prior to its debut launch aboard the Space Launch System.
