An Uplifted Dolphin in a stylish, form fitting cetacean body suit. Generally meant for more science fiction oriented games like Eclipse Phase, Traveller, or Starfinder, but could be an Awakened dolphin a more traditional or high fantasy setting if painted up right.
It's meant generally for 25mm to 28mm scales, but could likely work in 32mm as well.
The base is not included, so you may need to get that from the source file down below, or use what ever you want really.
