The Original three clips that hold the license plate are thin weak plastic. If they haven't broken already they do little to provide support, causing the license plate to lean or sink to one side. This is a considerably more robust replacement, with an elongated clip for the bottom to ensure it stays secure. Uses the original screws. Quality variations in the cars fabrication is such that feedback may produce some modification in the future.
