This is a holder for a Dell WD19TB laptop docking station.
I used a two part resin epoxy (Araldite) to set headless pins into the holes in the legs. You can trim the tops off regular pins that you buy at an office supply store. The holder operates like a giant pushpin - though please use caution on the legs as they can easily snap.
Pin the dock holder to your cubicle wall, then slide the dock (without any cables) into it.
