This is compatible with Dell Optiplex Tower systems. I tested this model in a Dell Optiplex 7050 Tower, and the printed parts had an excellent fit.

There are likely other dell systems that support this model.
You will need 3 x M3x6mm screws (min 6 mm, but any length should work) in addition to 8 x M3x6mm screws which are used to mount the drives (countersunk screws are appropriate).
1 screw on the regular part and 2 screws on the mirrorred part which is required for the locking mechanism and balanced fit.
I tested the fit with 20mm HDDs Seagate Barracuda 2TBs. It perfectly fits to the 5.25" bay with small spaces on each side and in the middle.
