I couldn’t sleep the other night so I came up with this death star wall panel lamp. It uses a 5 V LED strip with a micro USB breakout board. Minor soldering required.
I printed everything .3 mm layer heights and the shell upside down without supports. I ended up breaking the walls into four pieces to make it easier to print.
UPDATE: I've broken the Shell Walls up into individual pieces to lay them down flat making it a little easier to print. Also modified the cap to give you more to glue the walls to.
Shell and Stalk were printed in Black PLA
Diffuser Walls were printed in White PLA
