This is a badge for people having trouble to hear or deaf, they can signal nicely to others their difficulty to understand, and people can adapt their commnication by seeing this sign/badge.
I design it for my mother that is hard of hearing, but i m sure it can help lot of people.
I base this design on a free symbol and clear, easy to understand.
The badge is fixed with a very usefull safety pin support i found on thingiverse :
