The file 'DeadPool X Pikachu – Pikapool – Single Extruder Version 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 19.0MB.
Loved this model but couldn't print it on my printer. So I took the time to slice it up and rebuild it so you can print it as two steps with 2 different colors and combine back together to get almost the same result. You'll need glue for this one. It's a bit rough, but I don't think I'm going to spend any further time cleaning it up, mostly that would just make easier printing.
Pay attention to the slicer settings image. You should use 0.15mm or smaller layer height and you should use some amount of negative horizontal expansion. -0.03 is the minimum. -0.05 or maybe even slightly higher might be better.
The red body front/back pieces and the black eye pieces will friction fit with a little force and maybe light prep with a file. The rest needs to be glued on. Some of pieces have slots or pin/sockets to help you line them up. The ears sockets will probably need light sanding with a needle file to fit.
The only part I'm not happy with is the front belt. It probably needs to be redone from scratch, but the way I worked on this makes that difficult to do. It's really small and needs high detail.
The front bandolier is also very thin and fragile, but should print OK. There is a little round ball to help line that up when gluing on. The feet need gluing on, the sockets there are just to ensure they fit and are the right angle so Pikapool stands up right.
Let me know if you have trouble assembling and I can try to add something to help that.
