This is a remix but I can't find from what i remixed, I'm sorry. It's a simple phone/tablet holder with slots for dice/tokens, pen/marker, and a spot to roll your dice. I simplified the other version quite a bit. I also used some scrap neoprene game mat pieces to place into the dice tray area for better dice rolling.
