V2 : Tinyape-runcamthumbpro-v0-2.stl
First test, will be uploading images later, I will print this in TPU
V1 With full length battery holder : Tinyape-runcamthumbpro-battery-holder_v8.stl
Conclusion:
after couple of prints and tests, the camera standoffs are breaking easily not perfect landing. I tried with PLA and ABS
I will try it with TPU but i don't think it would make any difference the connection is small
i will try a different design and will upload it as v2
Notes:
. Rotate before printing, the down-plate is flat on the bed
. I tried with & without support, It prints better without support
. Little bit of cleaning strings required after the print
This is a Runcam Thumb Pro-W 4K holder + a battery holder for DarwinFpv TinyApe Freestyle 2.5 inch
FPV Drone: DarwinFPV TinyApe Freestyle 2.5
Battery: Lava 2S 450mah
Camera: RunCam Thumb Pro With the original camera holder
I used the same standoff screws in the front and in the back 2.5mm. zip tie with the lock under the frame
Then I reduced the power cable length (you might not have the same length as I saw in reviews and pictures) so I can load the battery from the back and just plug the power
You can also plug the battery from the front with the power cable facing the front, but then I needed to manage the power cables to avoid the risk of touching the propellers, which I could manage by using the battery strap.
