Update:
domomatissel made an updated spring design, which is undoubtedly better than my design:

This is the Base and spring for the shell of the above mentioned robotic mowers, since they are all the same with a different shell.
The original Rubber Part gets brittle and rusty over time. The replacment part is 8€ *4 plus shipping, which is about half of what i paid for the robot used.
