This is a Calendar puzzle that I designed based on the A-puzzle-a-day calendars I have seen for sale on various sites. There are 366 total puzzles(365 days + the special leap year puzzle).
There are 2 ways to print this.
The easier way is just to print the Calendar Puzzle.stl file, the Tetris.stl and Year_Numbers.stl files.
I have also separated this into parts if you want to try printing the text in a different color.
The print order for this would be:
Base -> Month+day -> Border -> Top Letters
You will need to make use of offsets in your slicer including z-offsets if you go this method.
Note: when printing the border file, you may want to use z-hop, as the first few layers could travel over the slightly raised areas from the month and day portion of the print.
The end result of this is pictured above.
Also, I changed the Horizontal expansion for the Tetris file when printing to be -.2mm to make sure the hole for the n-shaped tetris piece was big enough to fit the other pieces, however, sanding it slightly may also accomplish a nice fit.
If you want to print the year numbers in 2 colors, I used the pause at height post processing script in Cura.
This was my first project in tinkercad as a designer and I am pretty new to 3d printing.
This was printed on an Ender 3 Pro and sliced in Cura.
If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions for improvement, please let me know.
Update: Added individual number files for the year pieces.
