I liked the idea of an easy install, but I didn't like the idea of splitting the bushing, so I decided a top down approach was the easiest for me. I, also, modified the back end to keep the bushing from rubbing on the Y axis drive rod. I put 2 holes for attaching ( You have to drill the 2nd hole through frame) for those who need it, but I found that since I keyed the bushing to the slot in the frame that one hole was more than sufficient for me. Extremely easy, no dismantling, and fast. This is dependent on how well your printer is tuned to print the bushing. I printed mine in PLA on my Wanhao D4X.
The screw holes are 3mm. I used a 4-40 screw and nut.
