This is replacement parts for Da Vinci 1.0 Y axis Bearing Holder.
The Bearing holder on top of Y axis stepper motor was cracked open. I took all the bearing holder out. All of them have small crack on them. So I make this replacement beef them up to fix my printer. I print mine in ABS with 0.25mm layer height, print with support. The Bearing is 625 bearings. OpenSCAD file included.
Note: The 625 bearing has O.D. 16mm, The current bearing holder model has 16.4 I.D. Using my Rostock Max with 0.5mm nozzle the holder fits very nice and tight. If yours don't fit well, you have to adjust the tolerance.
[Edit] Add a model without pins in case you don't want them.
