It's a fully functional cylinder lock that offers 5⁴ (=625) different combinations.
You will need 4 springs from a ball pen (diameter = 4 mm, Length > 19 mm, tolerance is quite high and parametric) or let gravity do the its job for a first test.
To create a custom lock, open the .f3d-file in Fusion 360, go to "change Parameters" and set PIN1STUFE to PIN4STUFE an a value between 1 and 5. It will adjust the pins and the key accordingly.
