The file 'Cyber Wakizashi – Tacticool Toy Tanto 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3d) file type, size is 726.6KB.
This tanto-style melee weapon looks hardcore, but it's soft, floppy, and fairly safe for stabbing, slashing, slicing, and smacking. Use shock cords or a MOLLE mount to attach it to your Nerf loadout, airsoft gear, LARP cyber-ninja outfit, or, if you're a psychopath, your paintball rig.
The Cyber Wakizashi probably makes a decent training knife as well - just apply paint, chalk, or other indicator to the "edge" and practice disarms or whatever.
Print the blade and tsuba in TPU or another soft filament! The blade should be just stiff enough to stay upright. The slots soften the impact of slashes, and the open tip makes it look like a tanto but stab like a spatula. There are no acute angles to catch clothes or break skin.
I recommend printing the saya parts in a rigid filament to make the Cyber Wakizashi easy to draw.
PRINTING A BLADE IN RIGID FILAMENT IS DANGEROUS! DON'T DO IT!
Please wield the Cyber Wakizashi responsibly. Even though it's a floppy bar of polyurethane, you can still hurt people if you wield it too aggressively. Avoid the eyes and face, and don't strike harder than necessary.
Don't throw the Cyber Wakizashi. Not only is it dangerous, it's dumb. Remember Rule 197 of the Evil Overlord List - swords are not ranged weapons.
All parts of the Cyber Wakizashi print without supports. Print one Blade and one Tsuba in soft filament; one Saya Bottom and one Saya Top in rigid filament, and two Tsuka parts in rigid filament.
The Saya is the sheath. If you don't want a sheath, don't print it.
See the "Post-Printing" section for assembly recommendations.
Consult your game master before bringing the Cyber Wakizashi to your Nerf, airsoft, LARP, paintball, or other combat sport!
