I recreated it from scratch in OpenSCAD to make it customizable.
Recommended print settings:
Layer Height: 0.3 mm
Line Width: 0.6 mm
[x] Spiral Vase Mode
Adjust Line Width by +/- 0.2mm if 0.6 is too loose / tight.
Also included is a Microsoft Word Template for labels.
