This is an updated version of my previous project box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477714) that uses screws rather than using an interference fit to secure the lid.

Update: I've updated the design per socratesjohnson's comment, the lid should align correctly now.
Update (May 2019): The script has been updated to correct a issue in which changing the diameter of the screws may cause the holes in the lid to be misaligned with
Update (November 2019, r3): The script has been updated to include a more detailed description of variables and make the inside lid of the lid respect the thickness setting.
