The file 'Customizable PLA/ABS Flexible Timing Belt Tool 3D Printer Model' is (STL,SLDPRT,txt) file type, size is 1.9MB.
Since my printer is not capable of printing flexible material, I was looking for a solution where I could use PLA/ABS to create something that could function as timing belt. The closest thing I could find was the Moon Rover by Emmett, which works great, but wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Therefore I decided to create a little tool (for Solidworks) to create custom flexible PLA/ABS timing belts based on the same principle.

I haven't had the chance to test the print thoroughly, but already have encountered a few disadvantages compared to real timing belts:
Nevertheless, I still think there are plenty of applications that suit these, rather cheap, belts!
