His version is the best there is, but not all the dust is kept in when the part starts spinning.
You could just hold it with your hand to keep it from spinning I guess, but this mod might also help to keep the dust in: I just added a back fold on top.
The files include also two example STLs for 5mm and 7mm drills.

Collects the dirt and dust when drilling into the ceiling. Just customize it to your drill bit, print and snap it on.
You may adjust the height of the collector and use it as an end stop during drilling.
