The Pi1541 has inspired many beautiful case designs, such as this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4600177.
Pradi has taken this design and modified it to fit a version of the Pi1541 with a differently shaped display. In addition to accommodating the display, the case has been shortened, and convenient access to the front USB ports has been added. Moreover, Pradi has created a version that allows the top of the case to be fully closed when the second IEC connector is not installed.
To build your the case, you’ll need to print three parts: the bottom piece, the front inlay, and one of the two top pieces. The half-closed top is designed for when only one IEC connector is soldered to the board, while the fully open top accommodates both connectors, supporting IEC daisy chaining. The photo shows the version with the half-closed top.
