Summary

This fanduct features direct drive bmg style extruder, v6 hotend, dual layer cooling fans, ducted hotend cooling fan, bed leveling sensor, removable cover and easy disassembly for maintenance purposes.
The fanduct cover can be removed with only 3 screws that holds it firmly in place.
The fanduct cover holds the bed leveling sensor and the layer fans, so when removed you can easily do maintenance tasks like changing or unclogging the nozzle while heated.
The hotend and the extruder can be removed with only 2 screws for fast swaps or repairs.
Layer cooling fans are two 3010 12v turbine fans, yo will have to connect it in serie or parallel depending on your printer voltage.

I've designed 2 versions of the fanduct cover, one to print it with resin and the other to print it with filament.
The filament one has the holes where insert nuts are needed, a bit smaller.
The resin one has a bit larger rugged holes. I designed it this way because resin doesn't melt with heat.
The way to insert the nuts is to put some epoxy resin on the nut exterior, insert the nut making sure it is straight and let the resin cure.

To attatch the hotend base plate to th X axis carriage you need to lightly modify this one. You will have to drill 2 new holes to the carriage plate.
I have made a printable stencil to stick in the back side of the original X axis carriage plate and drill the holes in the exact position.
This fanduct has been designed for the Ender 3 v2 carriage, if you don't have one you can try to make the rest of holes or you can buy one as i did, you can find it on aliexpress for only 10€.
