The sliders on my curtains have been slowly breaking leaving curtains hanging like the sagging under arm skin of a sun beaten sailor. ENOUGH! I shouted to no one in particular and whipped out my Vernier.

With the encouragement of the sun beating down on me through an unshaded window I proceeded to diligently measure the one, intact, fragile, UV damaged slider. Holding it gently in the palm of my hand, as though it were a tiny Robins egg, I measured, and drew, and tapped, clicked and pulled the new Slider into existence like a scream from Davey Jones locker.

A single print to test and the sun was once again banished from confines of my office.

Success! I said to myself as I patted my own back with a telescopic back scratcher. I shall upload this to the Verse and banish the sun everywhere!
