This is designed to mount on the handle bars of a Kawasaki Mean Streak 1600, allowing two cup holders to be attached to the ends. It's a clamshell design held together by 3 bolts. 1/16" rubber sheets should be inserted between the pieces and the bars to dampen vibration and provide friction.
I have not tried this, it is a work in progress.
