This is an updated version of my previous organizer for the board game Cubitos! I have updated it to fit the Base game and Fowl Play expansion in the base game box. This organizer draws it's design from the excellent Cubitos Board Game Organizers by Jeff510 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4820450
It keeps the soul of the original boxes and organizers that come with Cubitos, but at a much higher quality! No more flimsy cardboard boxes to struggle with! This is the real deal! Also zero box lift!
You will need to print one of everything unless stated on the file name with an x# suffix, print the number of times for the x#, for example, x6 - print 6 in your choice of colors.
Listed are the parts you will need to print if you have already printed the base game insert and want to update it to fit the expansion:
Print 6 of "Cubitos Player Box Small x6.stl" - The player boxes we made smaller, 1/3 the size, to fit the two new players and everything else. All of the pieces for each player still fit inside the box, but they can't be used as dice cups anymore, unfortunately.
Print the "Cubitos Player Box Lid Green.stl" and "Cubitos Player Box Lid Purple.stl" for the 5th and 6th player.
Print 6 of the "Cubitos_Dice_Trays_x6.stl" - I needed to make these smaller so that 2 more player trays could fit in the organizer. But I tested the smaller size out and they still hold the dice well when rolled.
Print 2 of each, if you have the others printed from the base game already, of the "Cubitos Player Tray Right_x7.stl" - "Cubitos_Player_Tray_Left_x7.stl" - "Cubitos_Player_Insert_Right_x6.stl" - "Cubitos_Player_Insert_Left_x6.stl"
Print 2 of "Cubitos_Color_Dice_Box_x8.stl" and "Cubitos_Color_Dice_Box_Lid_x8.stl", one for the Pidgeon and one for the Ostrich dice. Also, print one of each "Cubitos_Cube_Box_Front_Pidgion.stl" - "Cubitos_Cube_Box_Front_Ostrich.stl". I provided an image of my PrusaSlicer color changes I did for these. I recommend a 0.25mm nozzle for the fine details on these and the other front plates.
Print one "Cubitos Card Box plus dice expansion.stl" to replace the old card holder. More cards means a new taller card holder.
I also created 3D printable version of the Credits and Draw Tokens! Print the specified amount of each. I provided two versions of these. Tokens that are one-sided, and are easier to print, and double-sided ones. I prefer the double-sided but print whatever works best for you.
The main changes made from the original design by Jeff510 are as follows:
• Box lids that slide and lock into place with added latching mechanism inspired by Parameterized Box V2 w/Latching Lid by Sislar - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3372739
• 3D printed dice sides display on boxes. No more cutting the original boxes up! These will need to be super-glued into place.
• Player Trays to hold the player cards that come with the game! Tired of getting your Draw, Roll, Active, and Discard dice mixed up and confused? This is what you are looking for. Comes in a full print and in halves for smaller printers. Just glue both sides together. You will need supports for printing the right half.
• Fans tray!
• Dice Power Cards and first player die in one box!
