The file 'Cube ACID Reflector Clip Converter 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 110.5KB.
So I recently ordered the Cube ACID slim reflector for my luggage carrier (Cube ACID universal 26"-29" RILink). I chose the screwed version, because I thought it would be more robust. Unfortunately, I had to realize that the threads were 11 mm long which is the exact diameter of the tube where the two holes where. So it is is not possible to screw it onto the tube. I should have ordered the clipped version instead...
Since sending it back was almost as expensive as the reflector itself, I decided to make a clipped version out of it myself. No additonal material is needed, just the two printed parts. The nuts and washers came with the reflector. It clips right onto the tube of the luggage carrier and is a relatively snug fit, though a little double sided tape can help with adhesion.
It should also work with any other screwed reflector with 50 mm distance between the two threads.
I printed it in PLA with 0.2 mm layer height. The printing orientation is shown in the picture, supports are needed.
