Clip for keeping cross-country/nordic ski poles together. Modelled after one that came with my poles. Make sure to scale it to size so that it fits your poles.
This size is for a 16mm diameter pole. Poles usually taper off at the tips, so if you want to have a clip at the tips, scale that one down. For my 16mm poles, the diameter is 9mm at the tip.
Don't use too much infill, it will make it too stiff and it will break.
Feel free to adjust your slicer settings so the clip has your desired strength and flexibility. Raft/Skirt is unnecessary but if you want to you can ofcourse use one.
