Small picheron slope soarer based on original design (balsa made) designed by Franck Aguerre, described here : http://lecrobe.free.fr

REQUIREMENTS

  • two servos like D05010 / DSM44
  • Lipo 1S 300 - 400mAh
  • tiny receiver
  • main carbon rod diam. 3mm
  • 1.5mm balsa for elevator
  • small parts (pvc tube 2/1mm, steel rod diam 0.8mm...)
  • RTF weight : 109g

PRINT

  • Around 80-90g of PLA+
  • Layer height : 0.2mm (Fuselage - Wings) and 0.15mm for canopy
  • No support required, just some brim.
  • No infill
  • One 0.4mm wall
  • Max height for printer : 170mm
  • Layer 0.12mm and line width 0.3mm for 'Light' versions of wings.
  • 'flat' wing means without dihedral, like original balsa's Crobe.

RC settings

  • Delta mixer
  • Elevator function: +/-6mm (measured at trailing edge / wing root)
  • Aileron function: +/-4mm
  • CG : Balanced with fingers located on both pvc tube (used to maintain wing with rubber band).
