Making crepes, especially spreading the paste, needs some training.
This little thing might help you - watch the video:
crepes1.stl is clipped onto part crepes2.stl, this connection works as a hinge.
Crepes2.stl itself contains two parts printed into each other as a little turnable knob/handle.
I designed it with FreeCAD and add the files.
