Summary

First of all, it's beautiful.
The duct should be printed from ABS, ASA or Nylon (I printed from ABS-CF). The cover can be printed from any plastic, since it is not subject to significant thermal loads.
For assembly, you will need screws:

  • 2 pieces M3x25 for attaching the cover to the duct;
  • 2 pieces M3x16 for attaching the fan;
  • 2 pieces M3x5-6 with a flat head!! (I had to grind down the head of the BHCS screw a little so that it would not rest against the CR-Touch case)
    It works quieter and cools much better than the original blower.

I recommend buying better quality fans. The cheapest ones have case sizes that vary greatly even within the same batch. I bought this one from creality:
