The duct should be printed from ABS, ASA or Nylon (I printed from ABS-CF). The cover can be printed from any plastic, since it is not subject to significant thermal loads.

I recommend buying better quality fans. The cheapest ones have case sizes that vary greatly even within the same batch. I bought this one from creality:
