Summary

This is a remix of a thing by timlee.
Thanks to timlee for making the fundamentals for this thing!

What is it?
A lot of users of the new Creality K1 have released their bowden tube from the cable chain in an attempt to make extrusion easier, since a some experience under extrusion with the bend on the tube.
The problem is however, that when you release the tube, it will be rubbing against the top cover/lid. This will cause marks on the lid and restrain the tube from moving freely.
Therefore it could be a good idea to raise the lid to make more room for the tube.

What did I change?
As a lot of people, I released the bowden tube from the cable chain too. I therefore needed this spacer, but there was a couple of things that I liked to change. Thanks to timlee, who uploaded the Fusion360 file, I was able to make some changes:
NOTE: After some weeks with my first design, the bowden tube raised itself a bit more and I therefore needed a taller version. This design therefore contains to versions.

  1. I made the spacers quite smaller in height.
    - It now measures 25,5 mm total.
(34,5 mm for the tall version)
    - The lid is raised 17,5 mm and covers 8 mm of the lid.
(26,5 mm and 8 mm for the tall version)
  2. The outer wall of the spacer is reduced to 2 mm thickness instead of 3 mm.
  3. I moved the hole in the back right corner to match with the existing hole in the lid.
  4. I made the hole a little bigger in height.
  5. I made the back right corner cover the rest of the hole in the lid to make it seamless.
  6. I made the hole with more round/soft corners instead of sharp corners.

Files
There is a file for the back right corner (with the hole) and a file for all the other corners.
This applies to both the normal and the tall version.
Furtheremore I uploaded the Fusion360 with all the edits that I have made from the original file.

There is also a One-Piece file (tall version). It is assembled with a 0.2 mm extra length to make up for round corners when printing the pieces separately. Keep in mind that this model IS NOT TESTED since I do not own such large printers. Uploadet per request.

Thanks!
Once again, thanks to timlee for making this thing and uploading the Fusion360 file.
It made it way easier for me to modify and make the design I wanted.
