This model (should) fit the CR-Laser Falcon10w modules for air assist.
Old on left, my model on right in the image.
What I changed:
1) Removed the nipple for the hose and changed it so you can insert 4id/6od aquarium hose right in to the model and not worry about the nipple breaking. You may need to ream it out. I super glue the hose in to the inlet. Added material to support the mounting rib.
2) The internal channel was not uniform all the way down in diameter, I made it so it is 6mm most of the way and then shrinks to 4mm to match the hose internal diameter. See picture.
3) Opened the nozzle up .1mm to 2mm total diameter.
4) Added a small ramp so the air is funneled directly in to the nozzle path. Will this make any difference? I have no clue, but in my mind it looks nice.
5) Added a small square to the head of the no supports model so there is no overhang.
I use this air pump ($23 from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IB24EYM), made a DIY 8mm to 6mm hose, and it works great on my Ortur 5.5w.
