This is a small/simple addition to get the runout-sensor to be top mounted when you are using the Creality top spool holder that was included with the USB stick on the printer.
It will require you to get an extension cord for the runout-sensor. However, simplest way to get that is to buy a "2S battery extension cable" that is using JST-XH connectors. You will also need two M3 nuts for mounting.
I have printed these with 0.2mm layer height, using PLA.
