As seen in the pictures above I cut the brackets with a laser. I used 3mm acrylic. I also uploaded a printable version of the brackets, but didn't test them myself. The file to be lasercut is also uploaded.
What else you need:
4 x 40mm M4 screws
2 x 16mm M4 screws
6 x M4 nuts
2x 20mm Aluminium tube (190 mm or less - depending on how wide you want the holder to be)
