The file 'Creality-compatible Filament Spool Holder And CR6SE Top Mounts 3D Printer Model' is (scad, stl) file type, size is 93.8KB.
This design includes a spool holder that is Creality compatible. It is narrower than the stock spool holder, but works with all brands of 1kg filament spools as well as smaller spools. The spool holder seems to be compatible with most, if not all, Creality printers. I use them on both my CR6SE and K1 Max.
The top mount can be positioned on the top rail of a CR6SE printer, which can support one or two spools (making swap from one filament to another a bit easier). By mounting on the top rail instead of using the stock holder that is side mounted, the printer will take up less desk/table/work space. Also provided is an arm to guide the filament from the filament spool to the extruder.
The top mount can be mounted using the M4 and T-nut screws that is used to hold the handle. If you have two M4 screws and T-nuts, you can mount both the holder bracket and handle on the top rail.
To mount the arm of the filament guide you will need to replace the two M5 screws that hold the 20x20mm top rail to the side rail with 30mm M5 screws. You also need a 25mm M4 screw with a locknut to hold the filament wheel in place. You will also just remove plastic end cap on the end of the top rail.
The OpenSCAD files are provided.
