Parts to change a Axial Capra 4WS to 4 wheel hub motor. 1.9 hub/rim. Hub/Rim with motor and gearbox. Steering adapter. Battery holder to fit 2 batteries (replaces original holder). Plugs to protect remaining drive parts in axles. A holder for 4 x ESC + Receiver + BEC (replaces the original motor/gearbox)
I have tested with printed plastic gears, but have major issues with durability. (It breaks)
There is a small space for a 2004 motor. I will consider changing the design to accommodate a lager motor.
The "excenter" have holes for 2.75mm tungsten balls. The "Gear 18" have holes for 2.75mm tungsten balls.
Made for a 2004 brushless motor. 13.1mm motor length (+ axle length). If you want to try another motor there is a "Motor adapter" that you can scale/adapt and fit another motor length.
4x M2 12mm mounting. 2x M2 5mm, 1,5mm axle (for excenter)
There is 3 .dxf files for cutting parts in 3mm material, if you like.
Screws, per wheel:
10 M2x28mm round button head screws
4 M2x22mm flat head socket screws
3 M2x25mm flat head socket screws (depending on steering adapter)
2 M2x?mm "Excenter" flat head socket screws (select appropriate length depending on motor)
4 M2x?mm "Motor mount" round button head screws (select appropriate length depending on motor)
The 4x ESC holder is made for small AM32 ESC about 32x12x4mm.
