The original cheap plastic one broke, and I went to several hardware stores, nobody had one, so here we are.
I have a photo of the old broken one for better reference. Yes the one I designed looks thicker, but they are both 16.5mm (.65") thick, mine is just made to not break. The pulley itself is 62.5mm (2.45") in diameter. The center hole is 13mm (.52") in diameter.
Now comes the most important part of this. You MUST print this with a very strong filament like PC-Professional or maybe PETG. This is a part that will be put under considerable workload. I WOULD NOT use PLA as it is too weak and it might get too warm in the garage and fail. I printed with 100% infill as well. I figured, if this fails as a pulley I can rebrand this as a hockey puck.
