The file 'CR-30 Mutant Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl, dxf, step) file type, size is 4.5MB.
This is my mount for the Wham Bam Mutant on the CR-30. This kit is designed to work with printers that have already been upgraded to an X-axis linear rail. I've included the STEP file and all DXF files to have the parts lasewr cut from aluminum.. All Parts can be cut from 3.2mm (what SendCutSend stocks) and will work fine or if you can find a source they were designed to be made from 4mm.
All Holes that are 2.5mm diameter will need to be tapped to M3
Only part that needs to be printed is the Endstop Bracket.stl.
As SendCut Send does not offer Countersinking on such small parts you will need the following counter sink bit
McMaster Carr - #28145A71
If you would like to key the cost of Tapping the parts down you can do that yourself with the following bit.
McMaster Carr - #2605A21
The two small holes on the Endstop Bracket will need to be tapped to M2 with the following tap.
McMaster Carr #2605A12
Hardware required.
Qty4 - M3X6mm Hex Flat head - McMaster Carr #92125A126 - (fixed plate to linear rail)
Qty6 - M3x10mm Button Hex - McMaster Carr #92095A182 - (4 connect all 3 gantry plates together, 2 attach Endstop bracket to fixed gantry plate)
Use provided hardware with Mutant kit to complete installation.
Hotend Mounting plate is designed to work both the Stock hotend and the E3D Revo-CR and will work with my adjustable 5015 fan shroud and Orbiter V2 mount. This mount should also work with the Bondtech DDX mount and shroud I designed but has not been tested yet.
