printed at 100% no supports. using revo six hot end. mounting holes put it at around 2mm z offset with E3d Revo Six Hotend . it uses 3mm machine screws and nuts. 12mm mounting screws for the klemco mount to secure to adapter without bottoming out on the x chassis. plate is thick enough not to loose any print volume. I Used PETG since it will be close to the hotend. Added the step File if need to make adjustments. after printing the mount fits perfectly snug in its spot and does not interfere with the printing capabilities.
