Summary

Remixed to add a flap on the left side to mount the stock filament runout sensor that came with my CR-10 S4.

This part receives a lot of heat from the stepper, so I recommend a couple of things:

  • Print on ABS or PETG, use a very high infill for PLA (not recommended, no guarantees)
  • Add a layer of kapton tape to insulate the plate a bit (specially if you used PLA), or a combination of Aluminum tape + Kapton.
  • Get a heatsink for your stepper.
