Summary

There are Adjustable Z Stops on here for the CR-10, all but one do not have adjusters, you just loosen the screws while holding the plate and trust that you can move it .5 mm then hold it while you tighten the screws back up. Well everyone must be more coordinated than me, because I couldn't do it.
So here is the "Better Than Nothing" Adjustable Z Stop for the CR-10.

I use a 3mm x 20mm screw and 2 lock nuts. one goes in the little box and acts to hold the screw in place and the other goes on the bottom of the screw so it has a larger surface area to press against the base plate. You will need to replace the M5 x 10mm screw that holds the T Frame support with a M5 x 12 screw to hold the base plate and the T Frame support
.
I start with the screw adjusted to about the middle, so I can go up or down as needed. I tighten the M5 screws to hold it in place. Then I do the Auto home and level the bed for that height. Then I can loosen the M5 screws a little and do fine adjustments to the Z stop by turning the 3mm screw and tightening the M5 screws back up if my extrusion flow is not right, without re leveling the bed every time.
I hope this works for you as well as it has for me.
