The file 'Covid Mask Remix With Exhalation Valve 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.1MB.

Summary

Remixed mask (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4225667) with the exhalation valve and possibility to use another filter.
Membrane is made from inflatable ballon and glued on the raised part in the middle of the valve part.
The possibility of using a thinner filter thanks to the frame filter holder.
Supports only for valve part.

!!!!!!BUT who has a printed original mask without valve can add this valve!!!!! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239168 It is much comfy and works better because the
membrane is bigger.

04/05/2020
Added some new cap designs.

Added a smal "o ring" to make the better sealing between rubber and valve surface.

Glue the "air leak stopper" with the surface that was on the heatbed
towards the rubber. Use the thick glue (silicone, epox, montage glue).
Softer rubber works better-I use rubber from gloves now.

When you will test it for leaks, remember that if you inhale to strong- soft rubber will deforms and gets under the ring- this will cause a leaking but in normal use it will works well.I think if you are able to hear/feel the clicking sound during inhale, it works properly.
