This is my first attempt at a custom face mask I made for myself because I couldn't buy any medical masks here in my country when the coronavirus breakout started.
Since I had to make one, I decided to give it an agressive sci-fi look for fun (and also to scare old ladies when doing my shopping and prevent them from grabbing the last pack of pasta on the shelf).
The design is modular, so you can choose to attach up to three filters (two on the sides and one on the front inside the muzzle). If you don't want any of the filters, I also provide pieces to seal the slots.
Please be aware that this mask has by no means been certified in any way by any medical or safety regulator.
So use it at your own risk.
I'm using makeup cotton pads as filters in the cartridges, you can stack up to 2 discs inside it.
The same goes for the muzzle filter, but you'll have to clip them to fit in.
Of course you can use discs made of any material you feel can do a better job, as long as they have a 55mm diameter.
The muzzle filter is the only one that needs an extra part, an M3x14 screw to hold the pieces together.
I designed the whole thing to minimize supports when printing, only the muzzle shell and the cartridge links need some. You can print the main shell part without any supports.
