The file 'COVID-19 Mask Cap, Hannibal Lecter Edition 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 2.2MB.
UPDATE: added LaFactoria3D's original mask parts that this is designed to fit. It's a good design, but if you feel their updated version provides better protection I urge you to use it instead.
While printing mask parts for Lowell Makes I wanted to find some way to help healthcare workers relieve some stress. Making replaceable caps seems the best way to offer an adjustment; these clip right onto existing masks without interfering with function and maybe they can lighten the mood in pediatrics.
By popular request I made this fifth model: the Hannibal Lecter version. It clips in place of the original cap, is lightweight, doesn't interfere with airflow, and should fit under a face shield. Playing with slicer settings it looks like it would print well almost vertical and with supports blocked inside the nose tip above the nostril vent. The sides are a little wide in hope they can be bent to conform to the wearer's head. The mouth bars are separate so they can be clipped/glued in place after any supports are removed in in that area.
How to assemble these efficiently and what to look for in filtration materials can be found here, thanks to GiveWave Studios: https://youtu.be/9ItpExBEieY
