As soon as the terrace again invites drinking beer, all the nasty insects will also come back. From then on it needs a cover for the beer glass, which is not blown away at the first gust of wind.
I have a collection of >20 different glasses for white beer.
This cover fits on all of them - and (additionally) has a sign "forbidden for insects" on it.
