The file 'Cornerconnectors For Aluminium Profile 20×20 (24×24) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 37.2KB.
I use DIN 912 M5x10 Screws.
I designed them to have some clearence to account for bad bridging and such. Though you might encounter some stringing due to bad adheasion at the top hole. I tried choosing a different order to print (infill - outer - inner). But even if you get some bad adhesion you can just break the loose strands off and it should still work like a charm. So overall you might have to do some post-processing.
Didn't want to pay for 20€ aluminium corner connectors, so designed my own to save some money.
I wouldn't recommend using them for heavy duty applications. I am using mine for a printer enclosure. Depending on temps inside enclosure PLA might not be suitable.
Use at own risk.
Happy printing anyways, Jesus loves you :)
