Remixed from Bastien's Coner Clamp, addressing some comments people made on that design before I printed these myself regarding tolerance and strength. Focusing on the 109mm extended clamp, I added some braces and extended channels to provide less chance of any flexing over glue-up time. Take a look at Bastien's original as it includes some other options. This set is a subset of that set, with a remixed 109mm extended clamp in with two choices:
Base_longer_109mm Braced - A strengthened version of Bastien's clamp, original tolerances.
Base_longer_109mm Braced and Tight - As above, but requires a rubber mallet to get them together, however, they are nice and tight (the male connector's fit-tolerance was reduced slightly)
M8 bolt rod about 120 mm long (5/16 inch, 4,5 inch long) 2x
M8 hex nut's (5/16 inch) 6x
Base_longer_109mmBraced* 2x
Slider_V4 2x
Knob_V4 2x
Endcap_V4 1x
Single Endcap_V4 does NOT need to printed. It's optional for people who print only one base.
Insert the m8 nuts in place, use a solder iron to heat the nuts so that they melt in place and stay locked if the fits are a little tight. If they are loose, you can glue them, but the clamp still functions even with loose nut holder once under clamping pressure.
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.3 worked on a 0.4mm nozzle, it's just a clamp.
Infill:
40% - Rectilinear which is probably overkill, but strength is more driven by shells, so I used 5 perimeters & bottom, 7 on top.
Notes:
Suggest brim to help prevent warping on the larger parts, and to aid adhesion on smaller parts (handles), but adjust to your experience on filament/bed combination.
