Summary

I did not like the plastic picnic tap as it has no flow regulation and just looks cheap, nor did I like to have the faucet mounted directly on the disconnect as it stresses the o-rings, leaks and is wobbly. So I made myself this fancy device. You just mount it with velcro tapes and the party begins.

What it fits:

I think there are two sizes of Cornelius kegs, taller/skinnier ones (which I believe are Pepsi) and shorter/wider ones (which I believe are Coca-Cola). I only have the taller ones, so this fits them (outer diameter between the rubber handles is circa 210mm). If you have the wider keg, please, measure the dimensions and post a comment, I will adapt the design.

I made the mount for my european-type faucets. The hole for a shank is 24mm in diameter, I dont know what diameter american-type shanks are. If you need different diameter, leave me a comment, I will adapt it for your needs.

ATTENTION!: The first prototype I made broke in the weak point right under the circular part. The reasons for it breaking are: I used PLA; I used layer fan; I used unnecesary force (it was a test); my layer adhesion generally sucks
The design is improved since then: I increased the thickness of the circular part by 30%; I increased the outer diameter of the circular part; I extended the parallel reinforcements further up (not yet in the photo) by a few mm
I am sure the design is now much more robust, but I still recommend doing as much as possible to strenghten that area
My suggestions: use something stronger than PLA (I used PETG for the second prototype); turn layer fan off for that part; overextrude slightly for that part; increase infill for that part if your slicer allows it; increase nozzle temperature for that part; remain gentle (sober)

I also made a three-part reinforced version. The base is the same, only has extra holes for M4 bolts. The two plates are printed flat, so the layer orientation is much more suitable. I only think you need this if you or your friends get violent when drunk. You can also use some superglue if you want it to become a relict in the future

The thing fits 200mm x 200mm (usable) heatbed

Edit: I removed the non-reinforced version as it was not stiff enough. The reinforced three-piece design should be far enough.
