I had problems with the seal cap coming loose because the screwthread on the Core-RC bottles is way too shallow and on an angles part of the bottle.
This cap is a direct replacement of that cap, also added are 2 seals. One for the bottle and one between top cap and bottom cap.
They`re not needed though, I also used a normal O-ring that fits right inside the bottom cap and as top seal I used nothing (still quite closed) or a small part of an bike inner tube (make a small round part with a hole punch).
For the top cap seal, put it on the tip of the bottom cap, bit of instant glue on the top and screw the top cap down. It`ll sit perfectly :-)
I use this for high viscosity oils, not for shock oil. No idea how leak tightness is with shock oils.
Print without supports, 0.16mm layer height. PLA+ for the caps; TPU for the seals.
I printed the TPU with 105% flow so they`re leak tight.
